The DiFede Design Group of Napa, California’s 7,500 square-foot horse barn and garage serves as a prime example of the innovation that is possible with a little creativity, efficient construction methods, and an eye for detail.

This gorgeous barn, which combines old-world design elements with modern industrial construction, is built to safely contain both horses and collector cars. Due to the increase in wildfires in California over the last couple of years, the DiFede Design Group wisely decided to build with non-combustible steel framing, roof, and wall paneling. The Type 1 Construction method used reduces the serious risks associated with wildfires and mitigates the hazard of fire damage. Their steel-framed building also eliminates the possibility of a termite infestation, guaranteeing that this fire-resistant horse barn and garage will last for generations.

With white paneling, barn doors, and natural stone finishes, this barn blends right in with the pastoral landscape, yet has the added benefit of being built to withstand all manner of weather events. This durability is especially important when housing living creatures and valuable collector vehicles.

Because this luxury horse barn and garage is built with energy-efficient steel paneling, the interior thermal envelope is airtight and is easily temperature-controlled, retaining both heat and cooling far more efficiently than traditional, drafty barns or garages. Ferrari Motorsports

New custom Modern Steel & Glass building with angled side walls and inverted pitch roof to create a stunning design theme. Notice the folding glass wall to allow easy access for vehicles and a free flow of space from interior to exterior for events. The Schweiss Bifold Door has been made famous in the aviation industry, and will provide a stunning glass wall that opens with a switch. There will be integrated lifts for the Lamborghini, Ferrari and McLaren cars that are being prepped for the track. A company that produces, or works with precision machines should demand a matching product for the corporate buildings. EcoSteel produces the highest level of 3D modeling and BIM platform dimensions that are as precise as possible.

This first building will be approximately 10,000SF and house 30+ performance enhanced, race-ready sports cars for the private club motorsports track. Stay tuned for exciting construction photos and opening party!

Custom Autobarn Collection

Modern Steel & Glass Construction –

A new 4,000SF architect designed project for a private auto collection on a private ranch in Wine Country. The building has tall doors and ceilings for RV storage as well as to provide clearance for auto lifts to stack vehicles. The all steel / non-combustible building system was chosen to protect valuable assets from potential wildfires. This building will have a fire suppression system, along with our all steel roof and wall panels to eliminate flame spread. The structure is clear span to allow for unlimited interior design flexibility as the owner’s car collection or lifestyle needs may change.

Take a look at this auto showcase for our client in Northern California. It consists of a Bi-Fold 30FT Aircraft Hangar Door as the entry piece and an entire second floor that will serve as an office space with a covered balcony. If this isn’t the ultimate safe haven for both work and play, we don’t know what is.

In collaboration with the contemporary work of Hudgins Design Group, this prefab metal building will be both efficient and elegant. The design will provide maximum protection against all the elements with insulation solutions that are a great way to lower long term heating and cooling costs. The roof and wall insulation systems also contribute to the advanced energy performance by creating an airtight structure that all prefabricated steel buildings offer.

And since our client will be spending a great deal of time in this dual-functioning facility aesthetics and comfort are extremely important. The roof, walls, trim and doors were all customized from a variety of colors as well as the overall design to best suit the personality of the owner and operation of the space.
