With strict Architectural Guidelines on the main road into the famous beachfront enclave known as The Hamptons, the developer was unable to build with an exterior metal wall finish in order to remain within a historical beach cottage theme. With an owner’s mandate to eliminate lumber products for healthy indoor air quality and fire safety, this EcoSteel Prefab Commercial Building utilized a reclaimed wood Facade System to conceal the insulated steel panels.

Integrated Exercise Therapy (IET), is the premier exercise and wellness facility in the Hamptons. Their core philosophy is based on a quote from world renowned physical therapist Gray Cook — “First move well, then move often”.  Even Aristotle in the 4th Century BC said that “Life is Movement.”  At IET, they are dedicated to helping you move, very well.  Since most people are not trained in Physiology or Kinesiology, they don’t have a good understanding of how to move properly. IET’s goal is to help you learn what your body needs and to provide you with the tools to move better throughout your entire life.
