This custom Fire Resistant all steel design is for a prototype prefabricated office building specifically for an Interactive LCD Display process that needs clear span manufacturing space. The all steel structural design incorporates open manufacturing and office areas in an energy efficient, architecturally unique building system. The extreme heat and cold temperature swings require a new form of insulation. We are calling it “Outsulation” which is a protection of thermal barriers on the outside of the roof and wall structures. Superior thermal qualities are achieved with our insulated steel panels, instead of the outdated traditional methods of fiberfill between studs and rafters.

At approximately 55,000SF this Modern Warehouse provides Manufacturing and Office with an Architectural Design  while also producing cost savings with energy efficiency built in, along with a Solar Ready Roof System. Custom color options for branding requirements are available.
