Miami Freedom Park/Las Palmas Social Club

Miami Freedom Park is an upcoming mixed-use development in Miami, Florida, centered around a new stadium for the Major League Soccer team Inter Miami CF.

• Location: The development is being built on the former Melreese Golf Course, located next to the Miami International Airport.
• Opening: The stadium is expected to open in early 2026 and will be the new home for Inter Miami CF. Lionel Messi, who is expected to extend his contract through 2026, will likely play in the stadium when it opens.
• Facilities: The project includes a 25,000-seat stadium with a tensile canopy roof and a two-tier seating bowl. Additionally, the development will feature public green spaces, recreational facilities, a tech hub, restaurants, retail shops, and a hotel. A 58-acre public park is also planned as part of the premise.
• Construction: Construction began in August 2023. Recent updates show that the construction has moved past the stage of moving dirt and has gone vertical with support structures being built, forming an oval shape around the stadium. Steel structures and concrete frameworks are being installed for the seating tiers and to support the stadium’s distinctive bowl. Underground infrastructure work and essential technical installations are also underway.
