Getting started on a hanger project at a growing regional airport is an exciting opportunity, especially when working with a trusted general contractor like Ranger Construction. This 6,400 square foot aviation hangar in Carson City, NV, marks the third hangar Ranger has built for their private client at the same airport, but it’s the first to feature a pre-engineered steel building from EcoSteel.

After experiencing limitations with a previous supplier on earlier phases, the Ranger team turned to EcoSteel to bring greater precision, speed, and service to the project. To ensure a seamless collaboration, our team traveled to Carson City and hosted an in-person PEMB training session with the Ranger crew, covering the fundamentals of working with the EcoSteel system and helping ensure a smooth and successful installation.

With plans for several hundred thousand additional square feet of hangar development on the horizon, this project positions both EcoSteel and Ranger Construction at the leading edge of Carson City Airport’s expansion.
