EcoSteel has been selected to provide our second building for the San Diego Winery & Wedding Venue in Fallbrook, CA. The project is approx 10,000SF with an additional 5,000SF of covered patios. The all steel construction provides a Non-Combustible rating for the roof as well as structures for an active wildfire zone. San Diego is rapidly becoming a leading area for Wineries and Vineyards due to the perfect year around climate and abundance of water.

Here is a summary of the new Winery and Vineyards open for business now and expanding with three separate wedding venues;

“This Winery began with a desire to preserve the beauty and integrity of Gird Valley. For 56 years, the beautiful 116-acre property was a public golf course, dotted with 100-year-old oaks and towering sycamore trees. After falling on hard times, the golf course closed. We had a vision to revitalize the land and create something incredible that would also enrich the lives of the surrounding community, and thus, the Winery was born. We have been hard at work to bring this vision to life since 2016 and have made a lot of progress. Today, the Winery boasts breathtaking vineyards, tranquil lakes and spectacular scenery. As our winery continues to grow and expand our operations near San Diego, CA, we stay true to our original vision.”

Prefab Steel Brewery

Commercial Brewery Construction & Steel Framed Brewing Buildings

Commercial breweries and prefab steel construction are truly a match made in heaven, and the Catskill Brewery stands as a prime example of the benefits that steel construction has to offer.

Our client needed a large space to house commercial-grade brewing equipment. This is an area in which steel building construction shines. Because steel framing can support the immense weight without the need for cumbersome support beams, we can accommodate large open style interiors. This design was perfect for the oversized fermentation equipment the brewery needs to craft its beer. For this project, we joined forces with River Architects to design custom trusses and clerestory windows. The interior space measures approximately 12,000 square feet – ample room for fermentation, tastings, and events.

New York state can experience brutal winters with temperatures often dropping into the teens. Our clients requested extreme insulation to help keep the heating and cooling costs for the large building low. We pre-engineered the project with insulated wall and roof panels to help maintain an optimal thermal envelope inside. The project even includes a section of planted, living roof to aid in runoff capture and added insulation. With a fire-resistant steel frame and Fire Rated panels to protect its combustible equipment, Catskill Brewery can rest assured that it will be brewing its beer for many years to come.

Another major benefit to building with steel is its versatility and customization options, all while providing an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional construction. Auto Collection + Horse Barn

The possibilities are endless when you combine steel construction with high-end luxury design. The DiFede Design Group of Napa, California’s 7,500 square-foot horse barn and garage serves as a prime example of the innovation that is possible with a little creativity, efficient construction methods, and an eye for detail.

This gorgeous barn, which combines old-world design elements with modern industrial construction, is built to safely contain both horses and collector cars. Due to the increase in wildfires in California over the last couple of years, the DiFede Design Group wisely decided to build with non-combustible steel framing, roof, and wall paneling. The Type 1 Construction method used reduces the serious risks associated with wildfires and mitigates the hazard of fire damage. Their steel-framed building also eliminates the possibility of a termite infestation, guaranteeing that this fire-resistant horse barn and garage will last for generations.

With white paneling, barn doors, and natural stone finishes, this barn blends right in with the pastoral landscape, yet has the added benefit of being built to withstand all manner of weather events. This durability is especially important when housing living creatures and valuable collector vehicles.

Because this luxury horse barn and garage is built with energy-efficient steel paneling, the interior thermal envelope is airtight and is easily temperature-controlled, retaining both heat and cooling far more efficiently than traditional, drafty barns or garages. This element is crucial for a structure to not just be aesthetically pleasing, but also durable and energy-efficient. Additionally, regular maintenance, such as garage door motor repair, is essential to ensure that the energy efficiency and functionality of the garage remain at optimal levels, contributing to the overall longevity and convenience of the space.
