Prefab Steel Townhomes

This project is slated for 44 Townhomes in Santa Rosa, CA. The building is designed to be a steel framed structure, with a steel roof. The walls are a mixed media of traditional materials to soften the exterior facade.

With nearly 100,000 SF of EcoSteel’s Prefab Steel Building Technology, this project is designed for generations of durability.

Steel prefabricated building system designed by Paolo Volpis for a local developer with specific requirements for a Termite Proof / Fire Resistant Building System. The all steel building components will ensure generations of safe and pesticide free enjoyment. Steel is free of Mold and bacteria and will never need to be treated for Termite Damage.

Solar Panel framing system covers the roof deck while allowing light through transparent solar panels. Canvas shade sails provide protection from sun with an architectural nod to the neighboring Kahului Harbor.

Modern Prefab Development

EcoSteel has been selected to provide solutions for a coastal development project in an undisclosed location along the coast in Southern California. Modern steel and glass designs are created for a wildfire zone that borders open space. The non-combustible steel roof and wall panels create a safer alternative to asphalt or cedar shingles with regard to flame spread.

Fleetwood Glass windows will provide floor to ceiling views of the coastal foothills and sunsets to Catalina Island.
