OTree MicroHome ADU Prototype

EcoSteel is launching a new MicroHome division that will focus on the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) solutions that are sweeping the nation. Our goal is to bring affordable housing to the market that is also Fire Resistant, Energy Efficient and fast to build.

We will be offering solutions from 400-1,200SF across California, and then to Chicago and beyond.

MicroHome ADU

1,200 SF ADU/ One Bedroom + 2 Car Garage and custom modern Auto Barn for 12 cars with lifts. Sitting on a prime view property in Santa Rosa, this MicroHome will be an example of custom steel and glass modern living. The Pre-Engineered Steel Building System provides unmatched fire safety with Non-Combustible steel construction. This property was destroyed in a wildfire and the owners want to build a steel home in place of the lumber construction that burned.

Fleetwood doors and windows provide an unique experience with walls of glass and moment frame steel engineering for openings on all four sides. Unlike traditional lumber framing with small windows and shear walls, our steel buildings have unlimited customization and open rooms with walls of glass.

Modern Prefab Development

EcoSteel has been selected to provide solutions for a coastal development project in an undisclosed location along the coast in Southern California. Modern steel and glass designs are created for a wildfire zone that borders open space. The non-combustible steel roof and wall panels create a safer alternative to asphalt or cedar shingles with regard to flame spread.

Fleetwood Glass windows will provide floor to ceiling views of the coastal foothills and sunsets to Catalina Island.

Auto Racing HQ

Modern steel and glass automobile dealership and service center in Houston, Texas. Walls of glass and clear span interior floors provide a stunning space for business. The EcoSteel prefabricated roof and wall panels provide the Architectural Detail to make the buildings stand above traditional construction.

Approximate 30,000SF of Pre-Engineered Steel Structures, with bolted connections that eliminate field welding for faster construction.

Ferrari Motorsports

New custom Modern Steel & Glass building with angled side walls and inverted pitch roof to create a stunning design theme. Notice the folding glass wall to allow easy access for vehicles and a free flow of space from interior to exterior for events. The Schweiss Bifold Door has been made famous in the aviation industry, and will provide a stunning glass wall that opens with a switch. There will be integrated lifts for the Lamborghini, Ferrari and McLaren cars that are being prepped for the track. A company that produces, or works with precision machines should demand a matching product for the corporate buildings. EcoSteel produces the highest level of 3D modeling and BIM platform dimensions that are as precise as possible.

This first building will be approximately 10,000SF and house 30+ performance enhanced, race-ready sports cars for the private club motorsports track. Stay tuned for exciting construction photos and opening party!
