This project is based on a very low construction budget as well as a short completion schedule. The EcoSteel Building System has provided a solution to keep children safe from Toxic Chemicals in typical lumber frame construction. Our systems will never need to be tented for termites, or built with toxic petroleum based chemicals to waterproof the exterior.

This building is approximately 11,500SF with a central courtyard to provide a secure open space for gatherings. The Insulated Panel/ Standing Seam roof spec will provide generations of energy efficient use while providing a Solar Ready platform.

Keller Williams Office for Brody Broker Team

The Brody Broker Team with Keller Williams Olympic in Sequim, Wash. is growing rapidly. For reasons ranging from energy efficiency to timing, owner-CEO Brody Broker has chosen a steel building from EcoSteel to provide offices for his quickly-expanding team. The new single-story, 9,200-square-foot building will feature brick red and steel gray exterior colors with a medley of dark accents included.

Broker liked EcoSteel’s willingness to work with his team to create the design, along with its ability to produce a cost estimate within days of receiving the architect’s design. He estimates the process would have taken a month longer using a traditional builder.

Broker’s choice of an EcoSteel building rested on several key considerations. The first was simplified, low cost construction, reducing the number of trades involved and dispensing with need for interior drywall. A second is lower maintenance. Steel is an inorganic material impervious to warping, rotting, splitting, cracking or termites, meaning maintenance is limited to power washing and cleaning of gutters.

A third is resistance to Mother Nature’s growing wrath, evident in natural disasters. Steel structures are proven less impacted by natural disaster than traditional materials. A fourth is energy efficiency made possible with the thermal insulated wall panels that do away with interior structural members and eliminate thermal bridging.

With his new building’s completion, Broker will increase his staff from 75 to 100. His experience to date has convinced him he’ll use EcoSteel’s services to build additional structures in the future. “EcoSteel has been great,” he says.

Steel Building

Corporate Offices/ Car Wash + Shop Buildings: Kahului, HI

Approximately 13,000SF of construction with Class A office + retail prefab building. Additional Car Wash and Shop area that provides a unique look on a major highway. This project was completed in under 120 days using Prefab All Steel Building Materials. The owners could have selected any building supplier in the world to construct their buildings. EcoSteel was awarded the project due to our proven track record of delivering hundreds of commercial and retail steel building packages across America with satisfied customers as referrals.

The prefabricated retail building includes pre-finished Drivit exterior wall surface over Insulated Steel Panels to match the local stucco look of surrounding buildings. A flat roof with membrane was spec’d for the buildings with Standing Seam overhangs and all steel trim package. The owner’s chose to go with vinyl windows throughout with aluminum storefront door system for the retail level. A fast completion schedule with budget sensitive components were specified to ensure a successful building project. A steel erector from Texas was flown in to erect the building package under the local GC’s supervision.

We have a perfect Termite Free/Fire Resistant steel building for the Hawaiian Islands that is able to withstand the harsh wind and salt spray conditions of the region. Any certified steel erector is capable of building our prefabricated construction system.

Lewes, Delaware

The Northern Steel Business Center is a prefab commercial building that is located in Lewes Delaware. It was built to house the Northern Steel International corporate office and showcase the simplistic efficiencies of embracing metal office buildings and an all steel approach to design and construction of commercial buildings. The engineered theme is intended to convey a Contemporary Marina style of prefab office building to complement the coastal surroundings. Harsh Nor-Easter storms dictated the Standing Seam roof design. Aluminum framed LowE glass and steel framed exterior canopies and cupolas provided the final trim to complete the nautical theme of the commercial steel building.
