With strict Architectural Guidelines on the main road into the famous beachfront enclave known as The Hamptons, the developer was unable to build with an exterior metal wall finish in order to remain within a historical beach cottage theme. With an owner’s mandate to eliminate lumber products for healthy indoor air quality and fire safety, this EcoSteel Prefab Commercial Building utilized a reclaimed wood Facade System to conceal the insulated steel panels.

Since most people are not trained in Physiology or Kinesiology, they don’t have a good understanding of how to move properly.
