New Retail/ Food Service design by JRM/A – James Meyer Architect:

This modern steel building in Redondo Beach, CA is a first-in-class mixed-use hospitality, micro-retail and office community destination and will be the preeminent family friendly gathering place on Artesia Boulevard. The use of steel prefabrication and energy efficient roof and wall cladding provides Title 24 Code Compliance and Fire Resistance. EcoSteel was chosen due to the complexity and customization required for the unique design.

GrubHaus will utilize a technology driven omni-channel traditional and digital operating model including dine-in, to-go, delivery and catering services. There will be no indoor dine-in areas. All dine-in options will be outdoor only including a large primary covered courtyard, café seating areas, and 2nd floor terraces and decks providing a flexible gathering environment.

Prefab Clubhouse + MicroHomes

This 8,000SF steel and glass structure is designed to be energy efficient and withstand extreme temperature changes. The building is designed to withstand Hurricane Force winds and is engineered with Non-Combustible all steel components for a Fire Safe building. This is a remote “Glamping” destination, which is a term for Glamorous Camping. The concept is to be out in nature without having to sacrifice creature comforts like climate control, and plumbing.

Folding glass accordion doors and clear span open rooms are very economical and fast to assemble with the EcoSteel prefabricated building system. This design is for a main clubhouse and supporting MicroHomes for short term rentals in a resort location.

Prefab Steel Townhomes

This project is slated for 44 Townhomes in Santa Rosa, CA. The building is designed to be a steel framed structure, with a steel roof. The walls are a mixed media of traditional materials to soften the exterior facade.

With nearly 100,000 SF of EcoSteel’s Prefab Steel Building Technology, this project is designed for generations of durability.

EcoSteel Private School

This project is based on a very low construction budget as well as a short completion schedule. The EcoSteel Building System has provided a solution to keep children safe from Toxic Chemicals in typical lumber frame construction. Our systems will never need to be tented for termites, or built with toxic petroleum based chemicals to waterproof the exterior.

This building is approximately 11,500SF with a central courtyard to provide a secure open space for gatherings. The Insulated Panel/ Standing Seam roof spec will provide generations of energy efficient use while providing a Solar Ready platform.
