New custom Modern Steel & Glass building with angled side walls and inverted pitch roof to create a stunning design theme. Notice the folding glass wall to allow easy access for vehicles and a free flow of space from interior to exterior for events. The Schweiss Bifold Door has been made famous in the aviation industry, and will provide a stunning glass wall that opens with a switch. There will be integrated lifts for the Lamborghini, Ferrari and McLaren cars that are being prepped for the track. A company that produces, or works with precision machines should demand a matching product for the corporate buildings. EcoSteel produces the highest level of 3D modeling and BIM platform dimensions that are as precise as possible.

This first building will be approximately 10,000SF and house 30+ performance enhanced, race-ready sports cars for the private club motorsports track. Stay tuned for exciting construction photos and opening party!

Monserate Winery

Located in the scenic hills of Fallbrook, California, Monserate Winery endeavors to cultivate an environment of community, elegance, and environmental stewardship deserving of its community and land.

Once a stagecoach stop for the neighboring towns of Temecula and San Diego, Fallbrook has made a name for itself through its farming and its people. Unofficially known as the “Avocado Capital of the World” and “The Friendly Village’, this small farming town has kept its sense of community and rural appeal amidst an ever changing world.

The land upon which the winery rests was once a sprawling golf course that had seen better days, until it was purchased by Fallbrook resident and entrepreneur Jade Work and his family.

The Work family had a vision to preserve the land. They did so by cleaning it, removing all the non native species of plants, and establishing vines that would cultivate the earth and honor the area. With a future addition of a large tasting room modeled in the rural Italian tradition, a restaurant, and multiple venues for events, Monserate aims to be a winery that offers an escape into an elegance and warmth empowered by Fallbrook’s rich history of preservation of land and people.

Custom Autobarn Collection

Modern Steel & Glass Construction –

A new 4,000SF architect designed project for a private auto collection on a private ranch in Wine Country. The building has tall doors and ceilings for RV storage as well as to provide clearance for auto lifts to stack vehicles. The all steel / non-combustible building system was chosen to protect valuable assets from potential wildfires. This building will have a fire suppression system, along with our all steel roof and wall panels to eliminate flame spread. The structure is clear span to allow for unlimited interior design flexibility as the owner’s car collection or lifestyle needs may change.

Administration Cultural Center

At approximately 4,000SF, the new pre-engineered EcoSteel structure will serve as the Administrative and Cultural Center for River Rock Casino, owned and operated by the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians. Located in Geyserville, CA, among the famous rolling hills of Alexander Valley, the newest addition to River Rock Casino serves to uphold the Tribes commitment to community, culture, and creativity, through modern and economical steel technology and construction methods.

Wine Cellars & Event Center

The unique microclimate of Nella Terra’s valley provides an ideal environment for growing high quality California grapes. Our vines are grown with a combination of sustainable and organic practices. On our hillside vineyards, we grow varietals that are well suited for Sunol; Viognier, Pinot Noir, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Albariño and Syrah. With our prime conditions and terroir, these varietals produce rich and complex flavors when artfully fermented into wine.

We began hosting large private events in 2014. We are honored to have hosted hundreds of weddings and to have the opportunity to be a part of such a memorable, special day in each couple’s lives.

The architectural vision for Nella Terra Cellars is to design a tasting and production facility that blends into the rural landscape of Nella Terra’s Sunol location. The new tasting room and production facility will provide an ideal environment for marketing and production of Nella Terra Cellars high quality California wines. Designed with EcoSteel prefabricated steel building products, the new 6,400 square foot building, is designed to exceed California’s stringent commercial building energy requirements and provide an open span lower level production facility.
