Miami Freedom Park/Las Palmas Social Club

Miami Freedom Park is an upcoming mixed-use development in Miami, Florida, centered around a new stadium for the Major League Soccer team Inter Miami CF.

Location: The development is being built on the former Melreese Golf Course, located next to the Miami International Airport.
Opening: The stadium is expected to open in early 2026 and will be the new home for Inter Miami CF. Lionel Messi, who is expected to extend his contract through 2026, will likely play in the stadium when it opens.
Facilities: The project includes a 25,000-seat stadium with a tensile canopy roof and a two-tier seating bowl. Additionally, the development will feature public green spaces, recreational facilities, a tech hub, restaurants, retail shops, and a hotel. A 58-acre public park is also planned as part of the premise.
Construction: Construction began in August 2023. Recent updates show that the construction has moved past the stage of moving dirt and has gone vertical with support structures being built, forming an oval shape around the stadium. Steel structures and concrete frameworks are being installed for the seating tiers and to support the stadium’s distinctive bowl. Underground infrastructure work and essential technical installations are also underway.

The unique microclimate of Nella Terra’s valley provides an ideal environment for growing high quality California grapes. Our vines are grown with a combination of sustainable and organic practices. On our hillside vineyards, we grow varietals that are well suited for Sunol; Viognier, Pinot Noir, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Albariño and Syrah. With our prime conditions and terroir, these varietals produce rich and complex flavors when artfully fermented into wine.

We began hosting large private events in 2014. We are honored to have hosted hundreds of weddings and to have the opportunity to be a part of such a memorable, special day in each couple’s lives.

The architectural vision for Nella Terra Cellars is to design a tasting and production facility that blends into the rural landscape of Nella Terra’s Sunol location. The new tasting room and production facility will provide an ideal environment for marketing and production of Nella Terra Cellars high quality California wines. Designed with EcoSteel prefabricated steel building products, the new 6,400 square foot building, is designed to exceed California’s stringent commercial building energy requirements and provide an open span lower level production facility.

Modern Steel & Glass Event Center

EcoSteel presents a Pre-Engineered steel system designed for luxury corporate and private events.

In a countryside setting on the border of New York and New Jersey is a luxury event center that includes prefab VIP cabins for overnight accommodations. The Main Building is 11,000SF with four large VIP cabins and 6 smaller Executive Cabins.

The prefab modern steel & glass building system provides superior energy efficiency for the extreme cold weather in the winter months as well as the hot / humid east coast summer temperatures. The bolted steel structure is commercial grade and Non-Combustible as well as Hurricane Rated and Termite Proof. The owners are choosing an Architectural Steel System over traditional lumber methods to create a clear span/ open space environment that never needs to be treated for termites or mold.

Sonoma Restaurant- Brewery

Sonoma Commercial Steel Construction

This custom EcoSteel engineered building system creates a wide open/ clear span space for flexibility of use. The high vaulted ceilings do not require bottom chord trusses which is common with lumber framing. Along with this, the prefab restaurant has a clear span floor. The floor incorporates walls of glass, which is achieved by Moment Frame Engineering. The insulated steel roof and wall panels provide superior thermal properties over traditional lumber frame and fiberglass insulation. Fire Resistant & Energy Efficient Design- ready for tenant improvement work with open wall steel frame construction.

This all steel, 2 Hour Fire Rated prefabricated commercial steel building provides unmatched durability and security for generations of use. The standing seam roof is ” Solar Ready” with panel clip attachments, EcoSteel is pushing for Net Zero Commercial Buildings by 2022. The Fire Rated steel wall panels provide Title 24 Energy Code Compliance for California along with Urban Wildfire specifications for flame prevention.

Bolted steel frame systems are prefabricated in the factory for fast assembly on site by a qualified steel building erector. The concrete foundation has anchor bolts in place to erect steel from day one of delivery. We strive to eliminate field welding whenever possible to create unlimited structural steel design creativity.

Private Conference Center

Speed of construction along with superior energy efficiency are the primary goals of selecting a bolted frame system with prefinished roof and wall panels. Clearspan floors and a stunning lobby/ atrium are achieved with this efficient steel frame building system. This is commercial prefab design at it’s finest.

Fire Rated panels are incorporated along with custom engineering for roof top skylights, roof decks and multiple elevators. Heavy I-Beam Structure allows for large open lobby area and conference rooms with no center supports for the roof.
