Currently in for permit, this 5,000 SF custom modern steel home uses the perfect combination of EcoSteel insulated roof and wall panels (imps) paired with composite wood to soften the design. Designed by Architect Eric Hare based out of Walnut Creek, CA this project expresses the property expansive views with walls of glass and large openings. Stay tuned for this 2021 construction build.

Wine Cellars & Event Center
The unique microclimate of Nella Terra’s valley provides an ideal environment for growing high quality California grapes. Our vines are grown with a combination of sustainable and organic practices. On our hillside vineyards, we grow varietals that are well suited for Sunol; Viognier, Pinot Noir, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Albariño and Syrah. With our prime conditions and terroir, these varietals produce rich and complex flavors when artfully fermented into wine.
We began hosting large private events in 2014. We are honored to have hosted hundreds of weddings and to have the opportunity to be a part of such a memorable, special day in each couple’s lives.
The architectural vision for Nella Terra Cellars is to design a tasting and production facility that blends into the rural landscape of Nella Terra’s Sunol location. The new tasting room and production facility will provide an ideal environment for marketing and production of Nella Terra Cellars high quality California wines. Designed with EcoSteel prefabricated steel building products, the new 6,400 square foot building, is designed to exceed California’s stringent commercial building energy requirements and provide an open span lower level production facility.
KCH Tractor Barn

Coupled with warm, natural finishes and ample windows, this industrial steel tractor barn becomes an attractive asset to the property. Three exterior doors, including French doors in the front entrance, contribute to this garage’s tasteful appearance as well as its accessibility and function. Four garage doors allow the owner to store a number of tractors and large equipment with plenty of room remaining for smaller storage items and accessibility.

Fire Rebuild
A custom all steel home provides a Fire Resistant alternative to lumber based construction methods. The residence is 3,485 SF with walls of glass and vaulted ceilings. Natural stone veneer is applied on top of our steel insulated panels for superior durability and energy efficiency.
This project will meet Cal Fire’s Wildland Urban Interface (UWI) requirements with flame resistant steel roof and wall panels. The property is just below Atlas Peak in Napa, CA.
