Whether your extraction process is butane, Co2, ethanol or simple heat/pressure, we can help ensure your extraction process works smoothly and safely. The solvents used may require a Class 1 Division 1 safety enclosure and we will design the ventilation, monitoring, gas detection and alarm systems to help ensure the safety of your facility.
Cannabis Processing:
The processing of Cannabis for CBD/ marijuana includes a wide variety of final products. Vape pens, edibles, botanicals, elixirs, coffee, boutique packaging and lotions are but a few of the wide variety of cannabis production facilities. Each facility has specific code requirements that must be addressed in the design. In the case of edibles and other ingestibles, these facilities may also require review and approval by the local health department, again our Insulated Metal Panels are the solution. We have similar issues with Breweries and Food Packaging or Coffee Roasting buildings.

Vertical Farm
A study in fantastic design and sustainable development from visionaries in California. The first prototype will be for approx 1 Acre or 45,000SF of Vertical Green House space above an existing parking lot. The steel vertical farm building will produce and sell organic produce direct to the consumer while providing shade for existing parking spaces.
The EcoSteel Prefab System creates a module based system of components that can be expanded across multiple site applications and for future facility growth. All steel construction provides safety in the event of an automobile fire underneath the structure as well as superior strength in California’s strict seismic conditions. The energy efficient roof and wall panels of the Cafe area surpass Title 24 Energy Code requirements.
