The all steel building components will ensure generations of safe and pesticide free enjoyment. Steel is free of Mold and bacteria and will never need to be treated for Termite Damage.

Solar Panel framing system covers the roof deck while allowing light through transparent solar panels. Canvas shade sails provide protection from sun with an architectural nod to the neighboring Kahului Harbor.

With strict Architectural Guidelines on the main road into the famous beachfront enclave known as The Hamptons, the developer was unable to build with an exterior metal wall finish in order to remain within a historical beach cottage theme. With an owner’s mandate to eliminate lumber products for healthy indoor air quality and fire safety, this EcoSteel Prefab Commercial Building utilized a reclaimed wood Facade System to conceal the insulated steel panels.

Introducing Prefabricated Athletic/ Physical Therapy Solutions;

Integrated Exercise Therapy (IET), is the premier exercise and wellness facility in the Hamptons. Their core philosophy is based on a quote from world renowned physical therapist Gray Cook — “First move well, then move often”. Even Aristotle in the 4th Century BC said that “Life is Movement.” At IET, they are dedicated to helping you move, very well. Since most people are not trained in Physiology or Kinesiology, they don’t have a good understanding of how to move properly. IET’s goal is to help you learn what your body needs and to provide you with the tools to move better throughout your entire life.

This Holistic Wellness Building approach will maintain superior thermal insulation over traditional methods while covering up the metal finish to meet code requirements.The prefab building is designed for Hurricane Wind Loading and extreme temperature changes while maintaining a safe and stable interior environment.

Modern Prefab Steel Farmhouse

EcoSteel Private Ski Ranch, a prefab modern farmhouse

This fully custom all steel home creates a striking combination of Modern Prefab and EcoChic Design. This EcoSteel custom prefab home was designed for a remote location on a Private Ranch in Park City, Utah. Off-Grid operation with Solar Power, 10,000 Gallon Water Storage, Grey Water tanks for irrigation, and many security features we are unable to mention due to client request for privacy.

This property has limited site access and strict rules against disturbing surrounding vegetation. The steep sloping site required a 3D Model to maximize the height of roof line with code restrictions. Clear span rooms and walls of glass are balanced with ultra efficient Pre-Insulated Steel Roof and Wall Panels. The SIP style panels have been proven in the commercial industry for over five decades of use.

The Bolted Steel Frame System capitalizes on the expansive views from this 14 acre Goshawk Ranch lot. With three stories, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings, this home bathes you in light and mountain vistas. The open floor plan creates spacious gathering areas and great rooms, and the two kitchens, two master suites, numerous outdoor spaces, and plentiful parking make this house a perfect entertainment venue. In each room of this all steel home, trusses and beams have been left exposed, creating an intriguing industrial look. Wood and stone floors, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and glass light fixtures accent the interior’s clean style. Both Master Suites boast luxurious tubs with views as well as sitting areas with fireplaces. This home is wired to be a “smart home” and was finished to a high standard of energy efficiency.

Resting in the sage brush of the hillsides near Deer Valley, Utah the home is not easily accessible by the local fire department. With summer heat creating dangers of wildfires the all steel roof and wall panels are Prefabricated with Fire Resistant materials to protect against Flame Spread. Our insulated panels are UL Listed and come with a manufacturers 20yr warranty.

Wine Cellars Barrel Storage

Another successful collaboration with EcoSteel and DiFede Design Group of Napa Valley, CA. This approximately 7,000 SF Cold Wine/Barrel Storage Project sets a new standard for old world design and latest Title 24 Compliant/ energy efficient buildings. In this eco-friendly building, Fire Resistant Steel construction technology meets CalFire Wildland Urban Interface specs to eliminate combustible/ traditional methods from new construction. The all steel, pre-insulated wall panels are concealed with natural stone finishes.

Wellington Cellars Story:

In 2014, the Belmonte’s purchased Wellington Vineyards, which had been in operation for more than 20 years by father and son, John and Peter Wellington. The newly re-branded Wellington Cellars was born in late 2014 with small lot, hand-crafted wines produced almost exclusively from the 24 acre estate.

The winery and tasting room are situated on in the heart of Sonoma Valley amongst vineyards planted to a wide variety of grapes including Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marsanne, Roussane, Malbec, Merlot and Grenache, as well as old-vine Zinfandel dating back to 1882.

New construction began in 2017 and includes the addition of a new barrel room and the renovation of the existing tasting room and original open air barn.

The Belmonte’s will carry on the tradition of Family-owned and operated; with limited production and estate wines. They will produce approximately 3,500 cases of French-Bordeaux wines annually, sold direct to consumer and to their wine club. The new property will allow them to educate guests in the vineyards and share their passion for wine where it all begins.

Retail Design

This project is a custom modern design for a National Pet Hotel Brand. The pre-engineered steel building is extremely energy efficient with Fire Resistant building technology to protect our best friends. The structure is a pre-engineered steel system that clear spans the entire width of this 10,400 SF commercial facility.

Speed of construction along with a limited budget were key factors in the decision for the owners to choose EcoSteel as their building partner.
